Introductory Call
I offer a short introductory call to briefly explore what’s bringing you to therapy and whether working together feels like a good fit.
Sessions
Sessions take place weekly, ideally on the same day and time. Each session lasts up to 50 minutes and is charged at £50.
Therapy may be short-term or longer-term, depending on what feels most helpful for you. We’ll review this together as we go.

I require payment to be made via bank/e transfer the day before sessions.
Cancellation policy
48 hour notice required or full session fee is due.
I practice from the Sapphire Practice Rooms, a peaceful and calming space nestled in the heart of Exeter city centre.
